  • ✓1 cup brown sugar
  • ✓0.5 cup sugar
  • ✓2 eggs
  • ✓2.5 cups flour
  • ✓1 tsp baking soda
  • ✓2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1Brown the butter in a saucepan until nutty and golden, then cool slightly.
  2. 2Cream browned butter with sugars, then beat in eggs.
  3. 3Mix in flour and baking soda, fold in chocolate chips.
  4. 4Scoop onto a tray and bake at 180°C for 11-13 minutes.
